The hotel had a few issues with the rooms, including a difficult door, lukewarm water in the shower, and a faulty TV cord, but overall they were great for our needs. The service was a mix of unhelpful and rude staff, but there were also friendly and professional individuals. The location was convenient for Lake Mendocino but required constant AC use at night. The dining was excellent, although there were complaints about being overcharged.
